• The item is not a custom-made or clearance product.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return:

• We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• You’ll be notified via email when the refund is issued.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Follow the return process and specify your exchange preference.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene or customization, we cannot accept returns for:

• Undergarments or swimwear.
• Custom-made clothing.
• Items marked as final sale.
