1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all regions in Ghana and to destinations worldwide. Contact support@manuelfashion.com for international shipping inquiries or a shipping quote to your country.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we deliver. Within Ghana, the price you see is the price you pay — delivery is on us. For orders shipped outside Ghana, the delivery cost is already built into the item price shown on the product and checkout pages, so there's no extra shipping fee added at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made items may take 3-5 business days.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Within Ghana: 2-5 business days (standard), 1-2 business days (express).
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order on our site or the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund.
